HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON NEWSY ESSENTIALS?
To place an order on Newsy Essentials:
- Enter the name of the item you’d like to buy in the search bar. You can also browse for products by selecting the CATEGORY on the left side of your screen
- Click on a product to learn more about it or add to your cart
- Click ADD TO CART and proceed to checkout page
- Register or log into your existing account by entering your email and password
- Enter your shipping /billing information ensuring your address is complete and accurate
- Select a delivery method
- Choose your preferred payment method
- Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order

To Track Your Order:
- Log into your Newsy Essentials account
- Select ACCOUNT in the upper right hand menu
- Select ORDERS
- Find item you would like to track and click SEE DETAILS
- Select the TRACK ITEM to shipping details
- You also receive delivery updates via email account mailbox

Please note that already shipped orders can not be cancelled.
To Cancel An Order:
- Log into your Newsy Essentials account
- Select ACCOUNT in the upper right hand menu
- Select ORDER
- Find the item you would like to cancel and click CANCEL ITEM
- Select the cancellation reason from the drop-down menu, and click submit
If your order is prepaid, you will receive your refund as per Newsy Essentials standard Cancellation policy.
