■Non-Returnable/Refundable items
Items which cannot be returned or refunded includes;
- Perishable items/unsealed items (food, flowers, fruits, yoghurt, pastries, cakes etc)
- Intimate products (sanitary items)
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, or gases.

》 Item(s) colour(s) may vary due to camera lense(s), indoor and outdoor lightening, computer monitor resolutions. We kindly wish to inform you that these do not qualify as defects.
》 Differences in sizes specified, do not also qualify as defect, therefore, returns will not be accepted with the above listed regards.
》 Gift cards
》 Some health and personal care products.
NOTE: (I) There are such situations where partial (a certain percent) refunds/exchange can be granted

(II) Newsy Essentials can only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Exchange can only be approved if the fault is from us.
■ ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, you must put into consideration the following basis:
- Original quality: Good must be in it’s original quality/form I.e
(i) Must not be worn, washed/dry cleaned, ironed
(ii) Must not have unfamiliar scents ( detergents due to washing/dry cleanings, perfumes, deodorants etc) or odours.
(iii) Must not tamper tags
(Iv) Must be in the original packaging
(V) Must not be an item purchased during discounted sales.
(Vi) Must not have damages such as; cracks, scratch, dirt, etc
- Timely: Work with Newsy Essentials time frame for your location.
▪︎Time Frame
In the case of unsuitable merchandise, buyer is allowed to return merchandise to Newsy Essentials physical address.
》 Local clients; 5-7 working days
》 International clients;12 -14 working days.
Note: Days effective from the day you received your shipment.
▪︎ Damaged Goods
Goods received in damaged conditions can be returned/exchanged on the following basis:
(I) Must be reported with calendar day and time and clear image/images sent to contact@newsyessentials.com within 2-3hrs after receiving shipment
On this regard, we recommend a double check at the point of receiving.
■ Approval/Rejection of Exchange or Refund.
Step 1: Newsy Essentials will request for you to return item with order receipt to our physical address.
You may consider using a traceable shipping service when returning a shipment.
》 Once your return is received, Newsy Essentials will send an email, notifying you of a successful returned item.
Step2; Newsy Essentials will carry out a thorough inspection on the returned item.
Step 3; Newsy Essentials will send you an email, either approving or rejecting your exchange/refund requests.
Step 4: Processing of exchange/refund is further initiated. For approved refunds, exchange/Refunds may take up to 14 working days for local clients, and 21 working days for international clients, to be processed and transfered back into your provided bank account details or shipped to your provided address.
Please kindly note that, Newsy Essentials will not be responsible for both the initial/later shipping cost.
If an exchange has been approved, you are expected to pay for another shipping cost before exchanged item will be shipped to you.
NOTES: (i) The original shipping fee is not refundable.
(ii) Newsy Essentials will not be responsible for misplaced shipment, or theft during transit.
(iii) Availability of exchange item is not guaranteed.
